Do these have bubble gum inside them?

No bubble gum inside...these are just a little pop that is a sucker....just round...and easy to put into my mouth when I am crafting. Same as a tootsie roll pot without the chocolate center. Hope that helps.I liked this particular assortment...more flavors....great little sucker.

I've noticed the smaller bags taste more like apple.

The larger bags don't taste the same as smaller Bags. the taste is'nt the same you cannot taste the apple flavor as you can with smaller bags and i've been buying these for yrs.try more apple flavor please and thank you. but the caremel is delicious.
