YoYoFactory Shutter Yo-Yo (Galaxy- Small Logo)

I chose this colorway because it doesn't have that garish Gentry Stein branding the basic Shutter has. As for the feel, it is incredibly smooth and surprisingly quiet. Highly recommend.

This is 2nd unit I purchased for my son. He is 10yo and he's been playing Yoyo for over 3 years. He does many tricks and I see a huge difference from the champion's video. Honestly, I don't know anything about Yoyo so maybe he is just good for my eyes. He's been playing with many different kinds. He asked Yoyofactory's unresponsive Yoyo. The first Yoyo's bearing got responsive in just 1 day. I returned it. While waiting for a refund, I just ordered this one thinking my son wasn't lucky enough with the first unit. It was delivered the next day. He played again without any issues. On 2nd day, Yoyo starts getting responsive. My son played this only indoors for less than 1 hour a day. I contacted Yoyofactory. They told me to clean the bearing. I already cleaned the bearing twice before contacting them. I asked a few questions and mentioned the quality. The support said "We were in business for over 20 years and that exact yo-yo with that exact bearing was used to win the world yoyo contest. That bearing has won 5 USA national titles and 3 works contests..." blah blah.. So what would all these do with my purchase?? Should I know they won titles to get product support??? I am returning this and won't recommend purchasing from this supplier. I feel lucky that I am a Prime member so I can get a refund from Amazon. I think I would have a hard time getting a refund if I purchased directly from their website.
