Did not know the longer cord is the muted supervisor cord, figured it out!

Works as intended
Worked as described. Used for training new employees at my work. It splits the line into two, but only one has mic input. So they can listen, but not talk.

The product listing clearly says that one side is mute the other side is live for training purposes. What I received was a cable with both sides live. This is the second time this is happened. Beware, the product is not as advertised.
