The hair is soft. It was very easy and quick for my stylist to install. She loved the hair as well. I bought two boxes but only used one. I received my package on time. It was well packaged. There is no funny smell to the hair and I can't wait to install. Once install is completed I will update review with pictures and a video.Update: The installation process was very easy. The hair does curl but once spritz and hair sheen was added, along with the heat of the curling iron, there was a strong unpleasant smell. The curls lasted through my work day but was done for after that. I didn't wash hair before I added but definitely will do so on my next ok purchase and or reuse this hair. But overall I love how the hair blends with mine and will give another try with this hair.

Great quality, no shedding texture was nice

The media could not be loaded. It’s wavy but too shiny and plastic looking to compliment and blend in with my hair. It’s not the texture, kinky straight, that I am used to buying. So I’m sending it back.Warning: the box reads: “do not use hot tools on your curly hair.”This isn’t 100% human hair if I can’t use a blow dryer or a curling iron.

Is as described natural acts just like my own hair unmanageable. Looks great when straightened at 400 temp but use a heat protectant cause it will smell burnt. Will have breakage if not moisturized and brushed like your own hair.

I will only purchase this hair from here. It’s beautiful and last a long time. I’ve washed and blow dried it several times and it’s still soft. It doesn’t really tangle, and blends with my hair.
