Product is good but one of nut bolts missing of this item

I brought a Candes Lynx fan looking at the features, rating, sleek design and price of the fan.I brought this fan for my living room looking athe sleek design. But after fitting the fan and running it for some time the fan motor gets heated up and hot air flows. I have other old fans fitted in other rooms at my home which are running from so many years and I don't see neither fan motor getting heated up nor hot air flows. I am scared if this fan gets short circuited and falls down because of over heating. They have used very cheap and low quality motor which doesn't last for long time. I didn't like the quality of the product and want my money refunded.I don't recommend anyone to buy this fan.

Affordable rate, Silent and fast too.Considering this fan runs on 35 watts only, it is most energy efficient fan in market after bldc technology. Looks cool, its light and hence it runs fast. Long gone the days when fan was suppose to be heavy. I had issue for few days when one of the 5 fans i bought was running slow on inverter but it got better with time on its own. Also, i jave seen many fans that starts with a jerk and make a thump sound too. But this guy starts gradually. Its been only a week am using these fans but I would recommend it with whole heart.

Very reasonable value of money this fan

The media could not be loaded. Product is not at all satisfactory. Service is pathetic and behaviour of employee with whom I have spoken is not at all satisfactory. Have purchased fan on 21st of Mar 2024 and on 13th May 2024 have registered a complaint saying unbearable noise, and have contacted many a time but still no response from their end. From 25th May Fan stopped working and on 26th May have called the manger of Candes he said u call electrician and fix the issue. If charges are in lower side then they will reimburse else they won’t. Have purchased the fan newly so they should change the fan completely which other reputed company does. Think before u purchase

Fan is high speed and stylish look.

I bought this fan from Candes, and within just 1 year it started making loud, irritating noises. To make things worse, I tried contacting the company for support, but none of their phone numbers work and the email IDs bounce back. It's like the company doesn't exist anymore – all the contact details are fake. Totally disappointed. Do not waste your money on this brand!
