love the yellow, super easy and comfy to hold and use but getting the chalk line off is another storyand my hands get stained with yellow...AND I can not find the refill for these?

It works for a quick marking provided you will sew right away. The residue falls off quickly. It works for me since I use it to outline a design on solid darker fabric.

I had high expectations for this chalk based on the reviews that I read. I used this on an appliqué to apply several lines to make sure I was putting everything in the right place. When it came time to remove the chalk ! trying to dust it off was almost impossible I even used a toothbrush hoping that would take it off better. I finally had to take a washcloth and wash the lines the best I could it’s still leaves a faint yellow look. I used 100% cotton and was disappointed in trying to remove the coloring afterwards. This item does not work for me and I will be more careful with it however it does not mean it would not work for you.

Easy to use and lines are very clear. Great replacement for pencils.

I was wanting a white marker and couldn't find one that worked. This does the job on my fabric.

Yellow chalk does not wash out of cotton fabrics. I had to use one part vinegar to 4 parts water and a tooth brush to scrub it out.
