I’ve used these for years from a variety of KETO suppliers.Since Covid the prices have risen a lot.It’s my fave tasting breakfast. The oats fill me up nicely until my evening meal.

After trying a few things I was a bit wary of trying yet another vegan weight loss shake, but this is very tasty and does not "clogs up" if try to shake by hand (another excuse to exercise a bit) and the resulting shake is very smooth, easy to drink beverage. A bit too-sweet (with sweetners) for my liking. Would recommend adding a bit more liquid (soy-milk/water etc) than advertised.But overall one of the best I have tasted and will be using it again.

This product mixes well and tastes very nice. I have used the Strawberry and Raspberry flavours. It's a bit expensive, but worth it for my weight loss. No hunger pangs.

I am so disappointed. Inedible. Disgusting taste. threw it in the bin. the same disgusting taste as “vegetable” soup. People don't waste your money

The texture is a bit gloopy (i use 100ml water and 75 soya milk to help with this) but it's a lot tastier than I'd feared. It's made a lovely breakfast and is perfect for those of us with a sweet tooth

Vile tasting initially but had added too much water. Re tried and much better.
