Good cheap option
Lever is a little lighter material then other but works well on the chicken coop door. Still plenty sturdy so good price for what you are getting. Easy installation as well with good instructions.

Smooth like butter
I don't have a lot to say other than that this product works as one would hope, it securely locks our back gate, and the mechanism is really smooth, compared to the one it's replacing.It was easy to install, and the operation is simple. It locks every time, and is designed so it closes smoothly rather than jerking closed. I'm happy with my purchase.

Useful Gate latch
Handy little latch kit to provide outside access to the inside latch. One little hole through the wood fence allows us to work the latch without reaching over the top. A bolt or screw on the inside latch prevents it from opening If locking is preferred.

Needs to lock better
The latch works if you close the gate softly and slowly. I have a self closing spring on my gate and the latch just bounces off of itself and the gate doesn’t lock.

Never knew this contraption even existed. My gate closes and opens with ease now! Highly recommend.
