After much anticipation and seeing the buzz around the Cnick Tesla Ring, I finally decided to purchase one for myself and my husband, and I couldn't be happier with our choice! The setup process was a breeze, and it connected seamlessly to my Tesla, working right out of the box.One of the standout features is the ring's ability to unlock the car doors even when my phone isn't nearby. It’s incredibly convenient—especially when I'm just heading to the garage or have my hands full. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could even drive the car using just the ring!However, there is one small drawback: the ring only unlocks the driver’s side door initially, and you'll need to manually open the other doors from the screen once you're inside. This isn't a major issue for us, but it's something to keep in mind.Overall, the Cnick Tesla Ring has made my daily routine so much easier, eliminating the need to carry my phone for unlocking. If you're looking for a stylish and functional accessory for your Tesla, I highly recommend giving this ring a try!Great ring for the cost. The size #13 was a perfect fit, but I went to a jewelry store to gauge the size. Pairing the ring was almost instantaneous. But, I put the Tesla Key Card on top of the ring.So far, it opens and closes the driver door every time and I drove the car without the Key Card present. One time, however, while parked in the car for an extended time learning about Tesla features, the car asked for Key card with its on-screen presentation. I couldn't drive the car at that point without the actual key card. I'm not sure what to make of this.

The item initially worked after setup but became unreliable over time, ultimately failing to function completely, as advertised. However, it resumed functionality after a new setup (removing and adding it as a key again), but, after one week, I experienced the same problem again.UPDATE: Following my experience, I reached out to customer service, who promptly assisted me by sending a replacement item to troubleshoot the issue. I have discarded an issue with my Tesla, as both original keys worked flawlessly. The proactive approach of the customer service team was commendable. I will update this review once I receive and test the replacement item. Despite the reliability concerns, the positive customer service experience leaves me hopeful for a resolution. I have, therefore, improved the original score given.

I kept misplacing my key card that I usually leave in the garage. I don't carry my phone or wallet while I'm home so the last time I used it I misplaced it and couldn't find the card that I leave in the garage. I wish Tesla had tracking for the card. So instead of getting another card I decided to try the ring. The ring works great and I can not misplace it as I wear the ring on all the time. It is easy to sync to your car as long as you have your other card that came with the car when you bought it. I found it easier to unlock your car if you pull on the door handle first then wave the card or ring next to the B Pillar. DO NOT rub the ring or card onto the B Pillar or you might scratch the Pillar. All you need to do is bring the ring or card close to the Pillar after you pull on the door handle and it will unlock the door.FYI... if you use the card or ring to open the door, you will need to use the card or ring to lock the doors. It will not lock automatically if you have set it to do so. It only locks automatically if you used your phone to unlock.I wear it on my pinky ring. The ring is very elegant, comfortable and there is no need to carry a key card in my wallet anymore. My wallet is bulky enough. LOL

While in one piece I had no issues with the ring working as a key when following the the right way to unlock, worked about as well as the cards tesla provides, so a bit of fiddling but seemed to work consistently. On this front I'd say the product worked about as well as I expected.Since it was ceramic I figured it would be strong enough to wear while working as an automotive technician. Well it made it about three months then today cracked in 4 different spots, no major impacts just wrenching I guess the pressure of turning bolts was just too much for it. Luckily I heard it crunching in my glove and removed it before it hurt me. The ring seems relatively strong and is probably fine for 90% of people but if you do heavy work with your hands it's probably worth reconsidering.Long story short, the ring seems to work for what it's advertised for, but I'm pretty bummed about it not lasting too long for my use case and don't plan on re-purchasing currently since I don't have faith it wont break again.

Bought this for my Model 3. My phone key quits regularly…and I’ve tried everything to fix it to no avail. I’ve been stranded several times when my phone wouldn’t unlock my car and I didn’t have my key card on me. This is the perfect solution and stylish to boot! Setting it up was so simple, I couldn’t believe it. I am going to purchase another ring once they have more styles available.
