Works great and easy to install.
Easy to install and works as advertised. I've had it a couple of month and have had no problems.

Great Customer Service & Warranty!
Ordered a bulb from them and it was exactly what I needed. Comes with a 200 day warranty. I replaced it and within 5 minutes the bulb failed and popped internally. The one I was replacing would turn on but the projector would fault out, so it isn’t a projector issue. I sent them a message with the details and what I did for troubleshooting and following their directions, after that they quickly got another new one sent out to me and now my projector is back up and working like new again! These aren’t quite as good as true OEM Epson bulbs, but for my projector it seems impossible to find an actual OEM bulb that is not falsely branded/advertised. With that I’d rather buy this versus from somewhere that’s way more expensive claiming to be an Epson product but not actually. Well worth the cost with a decent warranty, I will absolutely buy another one of these again when I need one! Thanks for quick replies and following through on warrantying out the faulty one!

Poor quality
I bought 4 of these for our school. I replaced 1, lasted 2 days. Replaced again, lasted 2 days. I do not want to use he other two due to quality. Of course I did not use the first one until after the return date limit. I sent an email to the address on the card inside and have not heard anything.

Runs too hot on epson powerlite 95
Runs too hot for epson power-lite 95, they sent a replacement out very quickly but that one also ran hot and shut down which is common I hear on the epson powerlite’s.

Purchase my bulb a couple weeks ago and it showed exceptionally well. Bright Vibrant colors with contrast and sharpness. They also stand behind their word with quality control, and customer support. I will absolutely continue my customer relationships with Cooban.

I recently purchased a replacement lamp bulb with housing for my Epson PowerLite projector, and I must say, I'm quite impressed with the product. It didn't take much time to replace the old bulb, and I was up and running in no time.The only minor hiccup was the delivery time, which took longer than expected. However, I should note that this delay was due to my location and not the company's fault.
