Great tea
One heaped teaspoon of this tea is relaxing and if I have it before bedtime I definitely sleep better with less waking time. I've had Insomnia for some time and this has made a difference as it reduces stress. Years ago I grew lemon balm in my garden and made tea from fresh leaves which relaxed me so much I felt a bit 'spaced out', which was nice!! The dried product seems to be less strong and is just very relaxing.

Used to Get Hubby off of Valerian
Hubby loves Valerian for a calming influence, but it's not good for his current health problems. Finally found this, which is less toxic and safe for a severely inflamed GI system. Hubby stuffs one of our cloth tea bags with it (about 2 heaping soup spoons), and says he notices a calming effect, so yay! I'm very pleased to have found something to keep him from missing his old favourites.
