Q: Where does it say it's waterproof?

I honestly don’t know that the packaging itself DOES say that, but I swear it is. It’s a tubing mascara so it’s one-coat and that’s it, but this stuff has to be removed with more than just soap. I forgot remover when at a friends house and it stayed through the night and me washing my face. In the shower the next morning I had to very gently massage it off my lids and it came off in what actually looked like little tubes—it was wild! I have very oily skin, so I think what finally helped break it down were my oils and the steam from the shower.

Q: I have pretty watery eyes and I'm wondering how that might affect the wear?

I do not have eye issues, so I'm not sure if it will effect your watery eyes. I will say, it is a FANTASTIC mascara! I LOVE it, and I have tried more mascaras that I can count!! Shoot, it's only about $7.00! Give it a try!
