I like the quick setup and update to Android 14, one UI 6.1. Battery is good. No scratches or cracks. Fast charger. Great value for money. Everything is as described by seller.

I needed to replace a broken Samsung phone but didnt want to pay the retail price. I was slightly hesitant to buy a refurbed model but took the chance. I was delighted to discover the "Excellent" condition phone that I ordered arrived and looked looked new. I started it up, went through the initial procedure and all is well including the familiar apps from my previous phone. I would efinately use this company again.

Came with an iphone 5 style 5w charger, and USB-A to USB-C cable. I don't even bother to open these. Phone appears to be very good from outside. I Could not install an authenticator app as it says the device is not secured enough.Battery is performing as expected. Phone performance is ok. Value for money is very good.

Samsung Galaxy A52s 5g is like new. Not a mark on in fact it still had the protective coverings around the bevel. Fully charge it and turn on to be greeted with it all set up and just requiring Google registration. That completed and three software updates (Android 14 One UI ver 6} the phone came to life. Absolutely stunning specs, features and build quality. Very fast and smooth with all the features of an expensive flag ship phone. Dig and Delve you have done me proud.

Phones are sold as excellent condition, nope has clearly visible marks on the back.The main thing they don't tell you are they are not UK spec phones, mine has a csc code of NEE which comes up as a Nordic phone not UK, so updates are limited and some network suppliers functions do not work in the UK eg wifi calling etc, save your money and buy a new one.
