Asked for outdoor plants and were advertised as either indoor or outdoor , but have given a five star rating as the plants are in first class and really pleased with them , but found it confusing as to who to blame for how it’s presented to the customer as they became on arrival indoor plants , a little late with the positive indoor .

I am not sure why they took so long for Royal Mail to deliver... RM picked up on Sunday, not delivered until Thursday - certainly not the 48 hours it said on the label. Nice plants, but.... arrived drier than a desert with quite a bit of damage with leaves and bits of plants broken off and soil from the pots fallen out. There are a couple of repeats, so not bad. I have given them a good soaking and will repot them today so hopefully they will pick up. (Last pic is after they have been soaked)

Quality ok, but unfortunately only 5 different plants, I received x2 of each one. Wouldn't order again

The plants were good and quickly perked up as very dry. One plant was completely broken and leaves off stem. Otherwise good plants. Post left parcel upside down and wrapping crushed so suspect damage was delivery fault.

Used these in a memory dog bowl. They have all survived and are thriving which is a miracle as I am a terrible plant mom !!

They arrived this morning wrapped in two packages inside the box. The packaging was lovely but upon opening both all pots were missing almost all their soil. The soil was so dry and 3 of the plants were badly damaged and missing lots of leaves. Most of the others were in bad condition. Would not recommend

I was pleased when I received these succulents. As others have said, they turn up very dry so do fall out of the pots. Mine were wrapped in two ‘tubes’ of Kraft paper with hearts on in mini nursery pots.I had some repeats (so 4 of 10 were the same two varieties) so was hoping for 10 different plants as opposed to duplicates - we have a number of jade plants at home and received 2 of those.I’m not bothered - as others mentioned - that they were dry as succulents and cactus don’t want to be soaked in water and would rot if they travelled wet. I did have a few lost leaves but collected them all to spritz and leave in soil to grow new babies.Was pleased for what they were!
