It gets the job done.
Actually, I cut off the female end and used it as a footswitch cable for a vintage Peavey tube amp. Much easier to buy a new cable and do the connections on the footswitch rather than replace the male plug. Peavey owners, take note!

Used to extend the portability of our portable ETC Unison Paradigm Controller.
Works as it should, the controller doesn't quite plug in all the way to the female side, though. We end up just taping it but it is a little sketchy for mission-critical work.
