The company and product are great
The product is fine and would have worked if we didn’t have a rider backrest.But the backrest and the compartment luggage are not compatible, and therefore we needed to return it.The company has accepted the return and refunded the cost.

Too small not lockable.
Bought because it was the factory box. Look around. There are many more options that are much larger and way more secure, at 1/4 the cost of this one. Your still stuck getting the rack though due to being a new model of bike.

Pretty good product.
Well like all Can-Am accessories, this one is a little overpriced. It does it’s job. Storage space is kind of small. The best unadvertised feature is this doubles as a backrest which makes me very happy with my purchase. The design is odd but it will hold a small amount of items. Haven’t had to use it in the rain yet so I can’t attest it being waterproof.
