Love these pills. So I've been trying to lose weight. My face looked puffy and just swollen from fat. When I started the pills within about 3 days I noticed a difference in my face, a big one... it did not look as swollen and puffy. I feel better, more energy, I even started having energy to go to the gym. I take one in the morning with water and one at night. I don't think it matters if you take it with food, because i take them on a empty stomach.I also believe this helps with hunger.When im at work, I dont crave to have lunch. I can go all the way to 6pm until my first and only meal. I reccomend these pills, my stress levels are being regulated with these pills so I believe that's what's helping me lose the weight. I am down 3 pounds so far. It's day 6.

This is an easy to swallow, odorless, ivory colored capsule. It calmed my mind getting ready for sleep on the first three nights that I took it. Night 4-10 I had extremely vivid and intense dreams. This supplement made me really sleepy the next morning. I only took one tablet before bed as directed and I was pressing snooze multiple times and couldn't wake up at a decent hour. I did a mini experiment and did everything the same but took the supplement or didn't take it and it is for sure the supplement that is causing the fatigue. It also made me really sleepy throughout the day also, I was yawning constantly and was counting down the hours before I could go back to sleep. It was brutal.
