Best Flavor for Olive Oil Lovers!!
My husband loves olive oil, and when I bought this as a gift for him…..he was AMAZED at the exceptional taste of this single source oil is. While is costs a bit more, this has such a quality about it - so worth it. Also, the polyphenols have such a great health benefit - wow. While this one version is not for cooking, the taste is AWESOME for salads. I’m not a fan of olive oil, but even I like this. A great gift for someone who loves olive oil !

Robust flavor. Try it in an avocado!
This olive oil is fantastic! This is my first experience with this brand, Kosterina, but now I must find out what else they make and buy it all! That's how good this olive oil is. Every Christmas I ask Santa for 'fancy olive oils'. I just love them, and my family knows it's always a good gift for me. I'm so glad to have discovered Kosterina; now I will drop hints that I want more of this stuff! I often break off a bit of a baguette and dip it in olive oil with a bit of balsamic vinegar or a sprinkle of a garlic and rosemary seasoning. With this olive oil I need neither of those additives. It is delicious all by itself. Yesterday I enjoyed another favorite. I halved an avocado, removed the seed, and poured this oil in the hollow. Sprinkled a bit of sea salt and voilà...lunch!There are 12 pounds of unripe Koroneiki olives in every bottle of Kosterina Olive Oil. That explains the intensity of the flavor. It is robust and vibrant and lively and...well, garlicky. Exactly how I love it. And speaking of bottles, this product comes in a beautiful tall white glass bottle. Not only does the white coating protect the integrity of the oil inside, ensuring a longer shelf life (as if it won't be long gone and enjoyed by the time it expires), but it makes for a lovely gift for a foodie...or anybody who loves flavor. It even comes with a no-drip pouring spout. It's a bit expensive, but the best olive oils are. And it's worth it. Enthusiastically recommended!P.S. I got hungry writing this review. Guess what's for lunch?? ;)

Delicious with Balsamic
I was never the person who ate bread dipped in olive oil and balsamic. I did not understand why you wouldn’t just whack a lump of butter on your french loaf and have done with it.Having grown up a bit, and been to some nicer restaurants where they served the bread with oil and balsamic, i started to come around a little.I recently got some nice balsamic vinegar, that you could literally eat a spoonful of, and think mmmm.So i got some good olive oil to have with it. I did not get this to fry my fish sticks with, i can assure you of that.It comes in a fancy blue box, hardy, would withstand very hard jostling and suchlike, so no need to worry about shipping problems, and because of the box, it’s very giftable. It’s a tall white opaque, thick glass bottle, maybe to prevent light getting in? I don’t know. I smelled it on arrival, and whilst it’s not overpoweringly smelling of garlic, i wasn’t entirely certain that it was because it’s still freezing here, and my bottle was very cold. I believe it needs to come to room temperature to be at it’s best.So i had some with my fancy balsamic vinegar, (From the same company as the oil) and dipped my french baguette in it, and feel very bougie. I need to have a dinner party now. I can get a faint hint of garlic, not massively pungent and overwhelming, which i wouldn’t want it to be. They use roasted garlic in it, which is creamier, smoother, and can be eaten on it’s own anyway, so it’s definitely not like whole raw chunks of garlic were immersed in it.Very enjoyable.

Fantastic flavor and aroma
This Greek garlic olive oil is delicious and aromatic. It is an extra virgin olive oil cold-pressed from Koroneiki Olives and lightly flavored with garlic oil. It has a deep, robust flavor with a hint of roasted garlic. The aroma is equally impressive. It is rich in polyphenols and antioxidants.I have tried this garlic olive oil in the garlic roasted potatoes recipe. It is delicious and the hint of garlic is wonderful. I have also used the oil with dill as a dipping sauce for crackers. It is smooth and flavorful. The quality of the oil is excellent. It is light, smooth and fresh. This comes in a tall glass bottle, and packaged in a sturdy white box. It would make a fine gift. Overall, this is a great-tasting, high-quality Greek EVOO with garlic. Fantastic flavor and aroma. It is pricey but worth it for the quality and the taste. I'm glad I gave it a try. I'm really happy with it.
