Q: up to what age are these good for?

This might not be the most helpful answer, however it depends on each child... these are stated to help with tummy time. If it is only considered for that sole purpose than once the baby is squirming around the floor or crawling might indicate that tummy time toys are no longer an interest to the baby. Yet, again this is a give and take with each baby. My LO for example never used these for the exact purpose of tummy time. They were useful for distracting him out of crying fits and once he was scooting around it was a favorite of his to pull out of his toy box.

Q: Can my baby use this product a lot?

The instructions don't indicate the amount of time that babies can use it. They say that you lie on your tummy on the floor with your child and together, you look at the art cards and the mirror. This helps to stimulate a babies brain and gives them another view of the world, since they spend most the time on their back. Hope this helps. TerA

Yes, at 4 months, your baby will be able to enjoy the Tummy Time Playboard! The high-contrast art cards and patterns should still hold your son's attention and help his developing eyes. Using the cards to point and say the various animal or object's name can help stimulate language development.For slightly older babies, we would also recommend our Peek-A-Boo Pop-Up Zoo which feature bright, colorful graphics and a pop-up tray to play peek-a-boo with. The back of each card includes simple learning activities to help develop cognitive and vocabulary skills.
