Very simple to use. Its not too heavy and the length of the tubing is adequate. It does what it says well with the parts very durable so far. I have only used it 3 times and its going great with removing grass on the driveway and weeds along our stone walls.

Had a small burner that used the 1 lb Tanks. Did the job but slow. Went to use it and would not ignite and using a match the flame was smokey and weak. Figure bugs worked there way inside. I'll work on it as it is useful.....but need one to take care of the Brush Pile I'd built over winter.Decided to get this model as it was only a few $$ more than a replacement for the non-working one. Already had a 20lb Tank to hook it up too. Got next day delivery and .....WOW!Massive Flame when you hit trigger that quickly gets things going and keep them going. The Igniter Button is well away from the Torch Head and a nice safety feature IMHO. Seems well made and tough at all the connections. Tested for leaks and all is good there.Just to one use so far but have plenty of trees to trim so should be using in again in about a month, I made a point to wrap a Plastic Bag over the Torch Head (after fully cooled!) to keep the bugs out of it!

Bought this torch to clean up our rock driveway and to have around for the winter snow. Burning off the weeds and wild grass that pops up in the driveway is perfect for this torch. We'll have to see about melting snow on the sidewalk.The only drawback I found was it can be very touchy when hooking up to a full 20# lp tank. It will "stall" out if you turn the tank valve open too quickly. However, in contacting the manufacturer they were able to quickly explain this issue and now that I know it works every time. Just open that tank valve slowly and light the torch.Update: Have used this for nearly a year now and appreciate it's usefulness. The full 20# tank of fuel just recently ran out after about 10 months of sporadic usage. Used it on/off last winter to melt ice from the stairs and sidewalk, it does melt snow but not efficiently for more than an inch or so. As for spring and summer burning off weeds and overgrowth this torch worked really well! It would be a bit more convenient if it had a longer pipe to the torch head as I am 6'2" and need to bend over slightly to get the torch head closer to some of the groundcover for burning. But worth the effort for the results!

Hooked up to a propane grill tank, this torch worked very well. It's easy to work with, puts out a serious amount of heat (use with extreme caution please!) and has a fairly long hose and decent length handle. I have zero complaints, but do NOT recommend this for toasting marshmallows.

So cool. I am sure it works great for weed abatement but I am using it to start up the lump charcoal on my smoker. Makes a great conversation piece. Has a handle when pressed it goes TURBO! Has an electric starter. Hooks right up to the standard 20lb propane tank. Must be safe and sane when using product. Just a reminder.

Works like a champ, what can I say. Came out of the box ready to go. hooked onto a 20lp tank, hit the igniter and we were off.

Solid construction. This thing puts out some heat! Does a great job of flaming weeds. It is a bit loud when you go full trigger as the flame goes blue and sounds like a jet engine - not a bad thing for me but just an awareness for anyone. I assume they all make that much noise. So far very solid product and would recommend.
