They Still Make These?
I'm happy that they still make these. Works with the ReefKeeper, which still uses ancient technology. Also got the "RJ12 6 Conductor Straight Wired Modular Telephone Cable - 50 FT" from Amazon for the RKL, so we can trip around telephone cables, like back in the good old old old days.

NOT THE ITEM IN THE DESCRIPTION / PHOTOGRAPH
DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!! The description very clearly states that it is a "6 position, 6 cable" (6p6c) splitter (aka RJ12), and that is what is shown in the picture.However, the item I received was a "6 position, 4 cable" (6p4c) splitter (aka RJ11), which is useless to me.If you're just looking for an ordinary phone jack splitter, this item will be fine, whether it has 4 pins or 6 pins. But if you need 6 pins (e.g. for a network phone or a data cable) then this item will NOT work.Update: The company continues to insist that they sent the right item, that it is supposed to work as both an RJ11 and RJ12. I have sent them pictures showing that there are only four connectors rather than six, but the people I'm talking to don't seem to understand the significance. Not worth arguing any more over a 3 dollar item.And for 4 bucks it isn't even worth bothering with the return. It's just 4 bucks I'll never see again, because the seller includes an incorrect description.

Worked as expected. I connected it to the only phone jack that's active, and it divided the line for two phones. So now I have a phone for my grandma and a phone for other family memebers in another living room.

Not much to review here. Item was new as described, and works as expected. I have this in order to split my wall outlet between a fax/printer and my cordless phone.

Used for my reef keeper lite as well
Only issue was the SL1 (which I hooked it into) had to have another board screwed in behind it to make it stick out from the wall further because this adapter was too fat to fit in the SL1 module.

The first one I purchased from another company for $2 ...
The first one I purchased from another company for $2.52 and it only had 4 out of the 6 conductors wired. So then I thought I would buy the most expensive one for $ 11.86 thinking this company would certainly get it right. Well, it had six conductors alright but they were miss-wired. If you don't care about the number 1 wire going to the number 1 wire through the connector, go for it. But this was not a properly wired coupler.
