First off...huge fan of Gary Burnison and Korn Ferry, hence the 5 star. I was excited to receive his newest book,The 5 Grace's. For me this book is relatable and inspiring and as Gary says "shine a light for others."To Amazon, I'm not sure what it is about your books? I've ordered a handful books. Mainly nice sized coffee table books. The books all come with a random kiss of damage. Some a little more kissed than others. I have read other comments on this same topic and many post photos that are pretty damaged. I've never posted to share until now and shame on me. This book has minimal damage. Other's I've received were a lot worse. When shipping books maybe wrap with bubble wrap instead of just placing them in a box so the book is free to bounce around. Just a kind suggestion

The book was exactly as described. I was looking for an uplifting leadership book as a gift and i got it.

Not only is this a beautiful book to touch, feel and read, it’s inspiring, heartfelt and full of wisdom for leaders, visionaries and pretty much everyone else. After just reading a few pages I knew I had to share it and I immediately ordered three more copies to gift to friends. It’s very easy to read in small bites and each page is full of heartfelt wisdom. I highly recommend it.

My VP recommended this, so I got it. It was an easy read. I was able to find some pages that could be if benefit to my team as well, so I shared it with them.Would recommend for any leader or someone who wants to lead.
