The mandoline is very practical.. cleaning od the blades is very easy. The glove is very strong it saves the fingers from getting sliced

Very sharp device, didn’t reach the size I was wishing upon to make FRESH POTATO CHIPS, however it’s very good for slicing. One of cons: when veg is coming smaller in size due slicing, needles of safety holder that stuck / inserted into veg/potato wouldn’t tolerate finish slicing all of veg. Piece, then u must take it out and try to slice it using HAND, which is very hazard as device is very SHARP, u must be CAUTIOUS ! Didn’t try for julienne cuts yet.
