Good quality
They came with what you need to get them hooked up and going to an existing pre-wired setup. They are bright and look great in the daytime. I will have to say I am happy that I bought these for my crew to keep them safe and noticed on the road.

bought these for my new plow truck,not as bright as the last whelen strobe light that i had, but couldn't find an actual strobe light any more. everything has gone led. Not that bright in the daytime unless you are staring right at them, and then only at a couple angles.
