messed up lipstick!
I like BESAME LIPSTICKS. I order from company all the time. Wanted 1 lipstick without paying shipping fees so.....Question is where did damage occur, at manufacturing or Amazon?

Not the same quality as buying directly from Besame
I love Besame products and have been buying from them for years, but always from the store or their website. This was my first time purchasing from Amazon, and only because this color was sold out on the website and it directed here to get one. I’m guessing the issue is with Amazon’s storage or from being in a hot truck, but the lipstick seemed to have melted a bit and when I attempted to put it on, it completely broke off the tube. I’ve put it in a cool spot and I guess my next step will be to find a little tub to smush it into 🤷♀️.The color turned out great from what I dabbed on. It’s definitely a different formula than the regular lipsticks and is a bit more glossy and seems to be more moisturizing.

Gorgeous color, broke easily
I love the color, the packaging, and the formula. But, beware ... the stick breaks very easily, even when not extended very far.
