So easy! Fixed in 30 seconds once I got it off the wall!
Wow! And I almost spent $450 on a new 85x94"cellular blind! No wonder you won't find this little simple item Lowe's or home depot! They are hoping you'll buy blinds or even a whole new set!All the "do it your selfer stuff in there and they don't have this? Who are they self doing for anyway? No way! I watched YouTube videos on how to remove mine from the window "push towards the window then flip Down", then I watched another on how to string it!I used a steak fork from the kitchen to get in the gears and roll it up since the string had broke. The popped out the little guide and put the new string loop with nothing more than my fingers.... so simple!Unless you're wanting an excuse to Spend a few hundred dollars on new blinds, you must check this out!Btw, if you get one and feel the glue connection on the string is too big, just heat up the tip of a butter knife and roll the stringy with the knife to flatten it down more.... Not too hot or you'll steal too much glue away from the string.

Faulty manufacturing
**BUYER BEWARE!** The first product i purchased was sent defective, i sent the item back for a replacement. I received a replacement with THE EXACT SAME DEFECT! Once again, i contacted the seller. Seller requested pictures of the item, i sent 2 pictures within 15 minutes of receiving their request. One of the pictures i even highlighted/circled the defects along with another explanation of the second defective product. This appears to be a manufacturing defect that they are not correcting! I was told by Jennifer, that her boss is on vacation until the following week. Apparently there are no other boss/manager/supervisor'(s) that can help with this issue?! Meanwhile i am reluctant to close my blinds due to them breaking. I responded again and let Jennifer in customer service know, i look forward to hearing from her boss. I wonder how many people get faulty products and decide to just keep them, so not to deal with packaging back up and driving to UPS to return? I will post a follow up on what this seller decides to do about these issues.

Cords have bumps at the connection. Don't buy.
Con: right off the bat is that with both cords I bought... got stuck in the wheel mechanism because the glue at the connection on the looped cord caused a "lump" in the cord.I bought 2, both got stuck.Solution: buy another brand, OR, get a pair of craft pincher clippers and carefully cut off the excess glue. I'm sure this weakened the connection, but if it doesn't work... it didn't.
