worse product
i bought this on amazone & it will not charge or get started so i asked for exchange . exchange came & it has the same issue .so i called amazone & they told me now they cant exchange you have to go to service centre to get it fixed or they will exchange . Yamaha service centre are not there in mumbai neither there helpline number works. som how i mannaged to get hold of one guy he told me he will help me as they are dealers in pro yamaha product. it now been almost month & i havent received my product.will never recomend any one to buy this .

Non functional product
The product did not even starting getting charged on opening from the box, leave alone working. Highly not recommended especially from this particular seller. Amazon customers service was quite good in this case though

It not that value for money, ruber quality is not that good it will get damaged after 2 years, functionly it lage too much, battery life seems ok, experience was not that grate while compering with the pricerange, durability was low,

Don’t Buy - Bluetooth not at all detecting
After lots of struggle I connected and used it for 2-3 weeks. Again Bluetooth not detecting. 2 times visited service center. 3rd time they sent for replacement and 2 months ago, still not received old or new. Worst product and worst service.Better to buy 3 Sony instead of 1 Yamaha. Nothing as such for this price. I wish to give negative ⭐️

Worse sound in the Best Brand.
Yamaha should check the sound quality n improve. Like n dislike??? Totally disappointed with the sound quality, product material n also the app.Yamaha will hve more criticism if such product continues to market. Yamaha should improve in quality check. As a consumer we r ready to buy if good product is in line.
