Jeep Tailgate Hinge Set Compatible with 2007-2018 Wrangler JK JKU, Textured Coating Rear Door Hinge with Opener, 2PCS for 2/4 Door

I installed it one hinge at a time with the door closed. Once installed I seem to have the same amount of sag as I did with the original ones which then required me just slightly lifting the door with the support of a jack and a block of wood long enough to reach the tailgate. I then crack the bolts free that are on the tailgate side and retort them and the door didn't have that sag anymore... As I operated the door right off the start I seem to be binding quite a bit so I had to loosen the hinge bolts slightly that I found that they were too loose causing sag so I tightened them up again and cracked them loose a little bit at a time until the door wasn't finding when I was opening and closing it after that finesse I am happy with the way they are working hopefully will last longer than the manufacturers hinge

The price was decent the quality’s decent just don’t care for the fact that I have to tighten the screws / bolts up about every month it’s just getting annoying honestly

Wish i didn'thave to keep doing this.... Just don't like that I have to tighten the screw every other week. My tailgate keeps dropping. Seems like when you open the tailgate it untightens the nuts and then the tailgate drops. It has a lock washer and nut, but it keeps on happening. Pretty annoying! Probably going to have to swap them out for something else.

Everything great, just not a fan of the cheaper hardware that is provided. Can always reuse the stock hardware from the original hinges just fine.
