Cheap Plastic
Bought these for a refurb server 24bay. The OEM ones are sturdy metal and stay clipped in even with no drive. These are cheap plastic and do not like to stay in as blanks waiting to be filled. When they are filled they do ok. Just don't over tighten the screws. Done this years ago with some plastic trays similar to these and cracked them without even trying.
