Update. This broke after a few months. Stopped charging. I sent it back at my own expense and never received a replacement.I messaged them but no reply. So although a good idea. Doesn't work and horrendous customer service.Brilliant product. We bought one at work for a child as safer than traditional hot water bottle etc . We all loved it and have bought them too. This is for my mother to put at the base of her back. She struggles to open hot water bottle with her hands as she has arthritis.

I got an electric shock and such a fright that I feel compelled to warn people how dangerous these bottles can be.I won’t purchase another one. I’ll pay more for a better brand if I can find one.

I bought this as I sometimes get neck aches. It's perfect...heats up with a handy little gadget that stays plugged in on my bedside table. Doesn't get as hot as those microwavable bags but therefore would be safer for children and the elderly. Great as a bed warmer too. All round good purchase.

Had one sent and the plastic power connector cover kept coming off and it bubbled up like a balloon after a month, then wouldn't heat up. Told Amazon and the company sent me another one out in less than a week. So far so good, easy to charge, easy to use. This new one seems to get hotter than the first one and but my elbow and hand while sleeping. e safe and move it before going to sleep. Handy for in the car and on the sofa.Takes a while to heat up but stays hot for a good 6 to 7 hours.Hand warmer pockets and very soft material, though the power point/charging cover is quite big.Overall a good quality product. I have had cheaper and smaller but not so well made.I have the charger next to the bed, so much simpler than getting up in the night to heat a hot water bottle.

I loved this hot water bottle, it was so useful for when I was heavily pregnant and in labour. I purchased this in March 2020, and have just gone to use it again after not needing it for two months and have found that it no longer works. The charging light comes on but nothing warms up. Gutted!

I bought one of these for my Mother over 5 years ago, recently the charger would not work properly, so as she had used it for the most of those 5 years, I chose to buy a newer one. Luckily it was just the charger that was not working, now Mum has 2 of these hot water bottles and absolutely loves them.

Bought three of these for myself and others in my family. When they work, they are fantastic and extremely effective- but the build quality of these has to be some of the worst that I've seen in any product ever.One had its charger not work out of the box, which we worked around by using a charger from a different unit. It then failed completely less than a week later.The other two units worked well enough, but on pulling them out when the next winter arrived all of them have broken. No combination of cable and water bottle works. Save yourself some money- buy a different heater!
