what are the dimensions?

I'm not sure exactly but when I removed the CD player (separate from the main radio) in my 98 suburban, this fit exactly into the slot where the CD player was. Looks like I never heard anything else in its place.

Will this fit with schoshe dash kit for a new streo?

yes...its a 2 piece storage compartment that clips together on the bottom half of the bezel. the stereo kit is for the top half of the bezel

The picture shows the soft flocking that the oem has. Does this have that?

No. I was expecting it from the picture but all it is, is two plastic pieces top to bottom that fit together. I personally don't recommend this product since it is nothing like the picture. I recommend going to a local pull a part and finding this out of another vehicle. Not worth the $15.

Will this fit 2003 model?

It didn’t fit my 2003 Yukon Denali with the cd changer.
