Books like these are a waste of every student's money. Provided the cost of education, it is a shame that instructors still demand that books like these be bought. Why? Because it is nothing but instructions on how to use JMP. It does not teach predictive analytics, it is simply a boring JMP manual! Best way to learn JMP is to follow video demos from your instructor or from the net. I am stuck with this useless book which I can't even sell back on Amazon since now they charge a monthly fee.:(Do yourself a big favor and don't buy this if you hope to learn predictive analytics. If you need a JMP manual, JMP has it for free.
