We bought 2 commercial rice cookers about 10 months ago for our Boba Shop. They worked wonderfully until both randomly stopped working around the same time(beeping really loud and turning off after a few minutes).I contacted WantJoin Customer service to see if there was a manufacturer warranty and they were so helpful. They had me send a video of the 2 cookers when they were malfunctioning, and proceeded to send a new link for me to purchase 2 different cookers. After purchase, they reimbursed me via PayPal for the cookers.I was very happy with their service and willingness to help me get the problem fixed. The new rice cookers work great! Will definitely recommend and use again!

Double check capacity before you buy.
Owner’s manual states it is NOT recommended for over 10 cups of uncooked rice. I needed at least. 15 cup capacity. This is not stated on line. Have to return

Good rice cooker
Been using it to work for my food truck it works well enough. It been pretty well but the lid is flimsy.

I make rice for 40 people regularly.I use basmati rice, I DO rinse it, and then….trust the process.Works well !
