Q: Does it have a subwoofer, I saw there was a bass tuner.

Hi there This retro speaker has no subwoofer, it has a 57mm built-in speaker unit that supports 20~18000Hz wide range sound reproduction, which means the bass is as good as many other large speakers.

Q: will the BM-66 play music while plugged into wall power, or is it meat to play from battery only?

Sure, it can play while plugged into wall power as well as play from the internal battery.

Q: Does this have audible cues for e.g. power on/off, battery levels, connection status? Does it have lights that run all the time?

The retro radio will prompt a voice telling you the modes you are on when turn on and each time you switch to different modes. It will tell you when Bluetooth is connected or disconnected, or when a USB/TF card is detected. It has an indicator light and a warm light on the frequency panel when playing.

Q: Id usinb USB and have to stop playing - when you turn it back on, will it play where you stopped?

Hi there, if you load the MP3 files on your USB memory stick or Micro SD card, the speaker will play where you stopped if the memory is not detached.
