Really nice very drill chuck
As chucks go, this is a work of art. It will hold a .3mm drill securely. The action is smooth and the tool is well finished. The taper holds tight. Well done

Wow! A Reaally Nice Miniature Chuck!
Was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the chuck! How much (little?) did this cost?!Looks like it will close down easily to the .3 mm stated. It looks like it might close completely down but that was not in actual use yet.Make a pin vise, add a motor, add a1/8” rod for use in a Dremel or use it with the included brass JT0 shank for 1/2” drill motors that do not close enough to grab a .040 or smaller drill bit.Very versatile, very reasonable. A must buy!

Missing the set screw for mounting on a 1/8" shaft.
A nice appearing and well made chuck but the brass JT0 mounting taper included with it is missing the set screws needed for mounting to a shaft for actual installation on anything. ANNOYING. Also the chuck is not a match for the listing photos. I did manage to find proper thread screws (metric 3 mm) to use so I could mount it to a 1/8" precision ground shaft, allowing it to be used with a Dremel type rotary tool. Actual maximum size drill usable in the chuck is just over 0.160" or 4 mm, a bit larger than listed.

Could use different size chuck/motor

good for what fits
Thought it'd be cheaper and more satisfying to build a drill press. Bought this chuck, tested it out on bits that'd fit (3/16 at most) and that was good. Went to the local hardware shop and there were no prebuilt solutions/adapter pieces that allow you to add a larger chuck. This doesn't fit the standard hex bit, so guess who spent more money on tools to make an adapter :-) I don't mind buying mechanical tools to make electric ones so I can see the upside as an investment, but don't get this bit if you need anything larger than 3/16 or a standard hex. Your bit options will be very narrow unless you're willing to spend extra on an adaptor or making one. This has been a multi-week project, so it was a disappointing setback when your biggest delay is waiting for parts

Small enough for the tiny drills.
I love the size and the fact that it comes with a small key.

Awesome for $10
Held a #75 drill shank with small runout, a #78. shows the taper in the jaws. A bit gritty but somewhat better after flushing with drops of WD40. Bought the HHIP 1/2" straight shank to make a pin vise. Better than any import set. The brass taper fit well, but am not using it. Don't expect a $300 Albrecht keyless which is what I use for tiny hole drilling.

Does not include the electric motor shown in the listing photos
Unlike the visually similar listing https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01LZYWFE4 (AUTOTOOLHOME Mini DC 12V Electric Hand Drill Motor), which DOES include a motor, the Yakamoz offering does not include the electric motor shown in the listing photo. The prices of both are similar. I do not have the AUTOTOOLHOME product at hand so I cannot compare the two for quality/value.
