I was getting burns on my feet after kicking all class. These have saved my feet but don’t mess up my form.

Product fit perfect! (Size large for us men’s 8 shoe size). These have saved my feet! I just turned 40 and have been training for 8 hours a week in Taekwondo and Krav Maga. We do tons of heavy bag drills and my feet were busting open nightly. These have allowed me to take it up a notch without heavily bandaging my feet. Hopefully they last for a few months, but when they do tear up, I will order again!

As an old large male (6 Ft 215 lbs) I recently started kickboxing workouts at the gym. I quickly realized that the bag isn't as soft as I remember it nor do my hands and feet like hitting said bags. I took care of my hands with wraps and gloves but then my toe knuckles started to bleed and the top of my foot became bruised...who knew? So I started looking for something similar to put on when I hit the bags and I discovered this.I chose the XXL being a size 10-10.5. They fit snug and it is difficult at first to get your toes in.....this is about my 4th class with them and they are becoming easier but the first time was rough. The price was decent, they provide some ankle support which I did not expect and they protect the top of my foot and my toe knuckles from the bag. A win for me.

My skin is very sensitive and would break everytime I would kick the heavy bag. I tried the wraps but they kept getting undone. A friend of mine recommended these and I am glad I listened. They are very easy to put on, and they cover my skin very well. I no longer get broken skin or bruises. I am a woman size 8 and got the large.

My son uses this during his workouts. Protects his feet!

My son has worn then twice since Christmas. The velcro strap does not stay latched to the other piece and was hanging lose while sparing. His partner stepped on the lose piece and planted her foot in it (she didn't know she was on it). This caused my son to fall and hit his head causing him to pass out and now has a concussion.

I bought these for 1 of the 3 kids in taekwondo. Now they all wish they had a pair. Only problem is they can’t wear them to tournaments so these will be kept as sparring gear only. So sort of a win-lose situation for me. I still had to buy the bulky full feet pads.
