Great product, not available many other places in the US. Should also be accompanied by lifestyle/dietary changes to be most effective. This is part of a fistula protocol which also includes getting plenty of exercise, water, sleep, and clean foods. If you want to potentially avoid surgery, using this product is part of the process.

Didn't work for me
The fistula care pack came with two of the bottles expired. I still tried it to see if any of it helped and honestly I think it made it worse
