Is the pterostilbene in this product natural or chemically synthesized?

Certain that it is chemically synthesized. Naturally occurring pterostilbene in blueberries and other fruit is at such an extremely low level that it would be economically impossible to extract it and market it.

Has the new formulation been bade yet (without Titanium Dioxide)?

So getting to your question: In regards to our sourcing practices, our R&D has a certified doctor on staff and is heavily involved with our manufacturers for EVERY PRODUCT to make sure the raw materials used meet whatever criteria we set in our formulas, from natural status to purity. We make sure we meet all these criteria before manufacturing ever begins. As for concerns about safety, let me go into a bit of how we screen the manufacturers we consider working with and how we determine which manufacturers we feel safe working with. Hopefully, this will help give you an understanding of what we go through to make sure our manufacturers adhere to the highest standards of safety and sanitation. We start out with a survey for them to fill out as a part of our vetting process. In this survey, each prospective manufacturer provides information on aspects of their business. From there, we ask them follow up questions regarding their processes and/or request supplementary documentation to support claims made in their survey. This ranges from their standard operating procedures to GMP (good manufacturing practices) audits. Primarily we look for manufacturers that are NSF certified as they have more stringent quality standards than other third party quality systems audits (I can confirm this from personal experience), and for a facility to keep their certification they have to meet criteria set by NSF, which are higher than what the FDA requires. We as a company decided to make our manufacturers do additional potency testing on all finished goods to make sure our products meet our label claim, which can be missed by doing identity testing alone. In addition, all manufacturers are required to test for heavy metals and microbes to ensure that all the raw ingredients are safe for consumption.
