The Urea Cream 40% with 2% Salicylic Acid is a lifesaver, especially in winter! It provides deep nourishment, leaving my skin soft, hydrated, and smooth, even on rough, calloused areas. The added hyaluronic acid, tea tree, and aloe vera make it even more soothing.The only downside is that it’s very difficult to blend into the skin—it takes some effort to absorb fully. However, since it works so well at moisturizing and softening, I’m still using it regularly. on second bottle now.Overall, if you need intense hydration and callus care, this is a great choice despite the thick texture. Would recommend!

I love this cream! This is my 2nd purchase in a few months.I rasp my heels and file my feet then slather on this cream. I then wrap my feet in clingfilm and put socks on for an hour or so.It has done wonders for my elephant feet!It reduces the build up of callus, so much so I no longer have fabric bobbles on my bedsheet. It has a fairly neutral scent. It hydrates my skin well, a thick and viscous cream, and the tub lasts me a few months.I'm sure a 3rd will be ordered in due course.I will not submit a picture as I don't think you wanna see my trotters.

Nice and thick but doesn’t soften feet any better than my usual body lotion for dry skin. A bit disappointing.

I hesitate to call this a miracle cream but it truly did a miracle on my feet. My heels have had a thick dry skin that cracks all of the time. Many times a year they would bleed and the pain would be awful. I've tried everything on the planet including going to doctors. Finally a doctor recommended this product. I waited for over a week to review because I wanted to make sure it did the job. For me, I had two large cracks on my heels that were bleeding and severe callouses. I first soaked them and then gently exfoliated them. I also medically clued the cuts. After I liberally applied the cream and put on socks before bed. For the past eight days I've put the cream on twice a day. I only wore the socks the first night because I struggle to sleep with socks. This morning on the 9th day, my feet are fully healed. I have no dry dead skin. The cuts are virtually gone with new soft and smooth skin. I'm now in maintenance mode of just putting a small amount of cream on after my shower. I have ordered 4 more jars of this cream because I couldn't imagine not having this in my cupboard. I can't guarantee that this will work for you but if you suffer from severely dry and cracked feet that cause you pain I highly recommend that you try this product immediately.
