I’m loving the tips from this book! As a mom and a professional, balancing good habits is so important. It’s packed with great info and highlights everyday items you can easily incorporate into your routine.

I have a friend and coworker who - despite getting regular mammograms for many years - was recently diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer at age 69. She has always been a very nature-y person with a love for plants and natural remedies, so I bought her this book in hopes that it could provide some wisdom to help her, and boy was I right!! I read through the whole thing before gifting it to make sure that it would be a good resource for her, and I found a BUNCH of ingredients that can either potentially help treat/prevent cancer or at least aid in easing the side effects of chemotherapy. I marked so many pages with ingredients that I thought might help and she was so grateful that she cried when I gave it to her! She even brought it with her to her first chemo treatment to consult with the doctor about using some of the ingredients (which you should ALWAYS do before starting any at-home remedies, especially when it's for conditions such as cancer... Not all ingredients are safe for everyone). All in all, this has been a wonderful little book that I'd highly recommend to anyone to help with any condition or ailment.

While the benefits of herbal antibiotics are undoubtedly significant, it's equally crucial for readers to be aware of any potential adverse effects or interactions that may arise from their use.In light of this, I would like to express my concerns and I think the book should be updated to include a comprehensive section detailing the possible side effects and interactions of the featured herbal antibiotics. This addition would enhance the credibility and reliability of the information presented and also serve as a resource for readers seeking a well-rounded understanding of herbal remedies.I believe that by addressing these aspects, readers could make more informed decisions about their health and well-being.
