Earthborn Elements Chinese Motherwort 200 Capsules, Pure & Undiluted, No Additives

I've been taking one of these every night before bed for a couple months now and nothing bad has happened so I'd say it's safe. I take it for hormonal reasons (bad periods, breast pain, growth etc).The one problem with this is that the further down the bottle I got the more I realized that a lot of the capsules weren't filled up right. I think that's why they don't give you a specific nutrional value/measurement of the whole bottle. A lot of them are basically half-filled which feels kinda sketchy to me.It works well though. My boobs don't get so sore and tender and feel perkier.

I began taking this for menopausal anxiety and have seen great improvement over the last month. It doesn't change immediately but after about two weeks you will see the change and feel better.
