Well packaged and the Pea Soup is excellent tasting.
Don’t fill the pot too high with peas. They expand with boiled doubling their volume. That’s especially important if a pressure cooker pot is used.dd

Makes great pea soup
I make French Canadian Pea soup with these peas. They hydrated and cooked perfectly. Hard to find whole dried yellow peas. Will be making regular orders of these peas.
