I still can't get over this suitcase, it not only is strong, large and light weight, it looks great.

This is my second case handle broke on the first one now the lock has broke on this one don't want another one

Lovely suitcase.Unfortunately part of the trim was loose and would fefinitely have come off when used on airplane.Lovely material and quite sturdy. Easily moved on the 4 wheels.Requested a return to the seller and it was picked up the next day by royal mail.As soon as money is returned i think i will be buyong another.

PackingVery well packed and with no marks or dents, and the colour is true to the pictures, the feel of the handle in your hand is good the handle also feels nice and not lose but very well made.WheelsThe wheels work very well they turn, roll and spin as they should with no issues on any flour type, they are also very thick and very hardy, made form good and strong material that I am sure will put up with many airports that I travel to and from and you cant forget about the carpark tarmac and how hard that is on wheels.InstructionsVery nice and clear instructions tied to the handle, please read them they tell you how to look after the case and also how to set the combination for the locks, you also get a tool to help you do this, tie the whole lot together and put it somewhere safe because you know in 6 months you will have forget the combination or if you want to change the combination you wont remember how to do it with out the instructions and the tool.PadlocksI found the padlocks made into the case are very good and very strong, I have had no issues with them, but I also use my own locks as well as the ones made into the case, just to be sure of security and safety.zipsAll of the zips on the case are well made and do the job as they should with no issues of zipping and unzipping, the inside pocket zips or the ones on the outside to open and close the case, they are made from good and strong metal and very well made, I am sure they will work as intended well into the future to keep my cloths and items safe and secure.Case size and packingThe whole case is very large, but the size is fine for the airline I use, there is plenty of room inside for many cloths and pockets for other items, and also a good strong strap to secure all your cloths inside the case, this suitcase is that big it reminds me of a wardrobe on Wheels not a suit case but that's what I wanted and this suitcase delivers that with out disappointment, I am very happy with this suitcase by Flight Knight, thank you

Purchased two of these. Unpacked and stowed them away in anticipation of a holiday 2 weeks later. When it was time to pack on the evening before our flight, I discovered that one of the cases had a faulty zip. The zip itself was sowed incorrectly and did not hold the case together rendering the case unfit for use. Had to borrow a case from a friend at short notice for the holiday, so this one was never used. Obtained a returns label before holiday and returned it once back stating it was faulty and unfit for purpose.. Roll on 4 weeks and the company is trying to state that the case has been used and as it was not in the original box they will not refund the cost. Yes i didn't have the original external cardboard box and had to repackage with bubble wrap for returns purposes, but it was never used and due to a manufacturing fault it was clearly not fit for purpose. It clearly couldn't be resold as it was faulty at manufacture. Hower here is another internet retailer selling poor quality chinese crap, not quality checking products are shipped the writing such limiting returns policy that it is impossible to get your money back when it is clearly a load of crap not fit for purpose. Of course they waited a month so I couldn't cancel payment on my credit card before they responded. If you want to deal with an ethical retailer, and not get lumbered with a load of crap avoid buying from Beyond Retail at all costs.

Fantastic case! It's so roomy and sturdy. I could fit so much in it, including and airbed and kettle!It's easy to wheel around, even over rough grass terrain at music festivals! The wheels are smooth and don't jam. It just glides along.Another bonus is that I can use it as a seat without it breaking! I weigh around 140 lbs and it held up great whenever I needed to sit and rest.

It’s on the more budget and of travel cases. It worked, zip worked, fits in the carry on space, but wheels a bit dodgy and handle gets stuck up sometimes. Worth the money……maybe if it was £40.
