works great and much cheaper than other brands

I bought this in hopes of a cheaper alternative to the name brands. I could calibrate it to within 0.001 on the step block for all steps. extremely happy. I can buy 6 of these for the cost of one from the original manufacturer.

I paid for it. It wasn't free; but no specs!

They didn't ship it with a spec sheet... no drive circuit recommendations and especially no max drive voltage rating. Their website also has nothing to say about the ratings or characteristics of what you just bought! WTF?
