Wow. I have severe eczema on my hands and sometimes get patches on my face. I'm a nurse so my hands are constantly exposed to disinfectants and hand sanitizers and antibacterial chemicals in soaps and it has wrecked havoc on my sensitive, eczema prone skin. I wish I had taken before pictures bc before I used this soap-- a mere 4 days ago-- my hands looks like they had been in an acid bath. Red, raw, cracked, scaly dry painful and extremely itchy skin all over my hands and wrists. Steroid creams have become useless bc I've used them so long, not to mention they aren't meant to use for prolonged periods. Now, 4 days later, just a reminant of fairly "normal " dry skin remains but at this rate will probably be completely resolved in a few more days of using this soap. I was EXTREMELY skeptical that a soap would help already dry, irritated cracked skin but here I am, a believer. I was so skeptical I didn't even bother to take before pics and I wish I had bc then people could see what amazing difference it made for me. I leave the soap on for 30 sec to do its thing, (it stung after awhile the first day but hasn't since), then wash off. I dry my hands well and wait about 15 min until the skin "dries out" completely, then I apply my usual thick shea butter based hand cream and massage that into the skin thoroughly and allow to soak in (wearing gloves at night to help it soak in completely). This soap is the only change in my routine and has made all the difference in the world! The itching no longer wakes me up and keeps me up and night and for the first time in months my hands are looking better instead of worse with each passing day! Can't recommend this soap enough and will be to everyone I know with eczema or psoriasis!!

Benefits1. This soap is built to last, as long as you don’t soak it too long.2. It actually works, I have had a skin disorder for 15 years. I’m not sure what it is neither did my doctors but it looks like tinea versicolor. My dark spots on my neck and chest have been clearing up. It’s only been a week with consistent use. I haven’t changed anything in my regimen nor diet, except for this.3. Not scented, no artificial ingredients, great for sensitive skin.Tips1. This soap does not sud up like normal soap, it’s more of a thick lotion with a little lather. So if you don’t see a thick amount of foam don’t worry about it.2. I tried using this with a towel, sponge, and loofah. Don’t do that. You lose most of the product. Apply it directly to the skin.3. Use circular motions, it has an exfoliating aspect when you use it directly on the skin.4. Leave it on while you clean the rest of your body, then rinse off.5. I use it twice a day, sometimes once. It’s gentle enough that you can do that.All in all, five star soap.

This item is not just a soap. It cannot be found in 99% of drugstores. The fact most do not know about seborrheic dermatitis, and or psoriasis can both be caused by one issue or a combination of symptoms. I personally have psoriasis. Seborrheic dermatitis appears to run in families. Stress, fatigue, weather extremes, oily skin, infrequent shampoos or skin cleaning, use of lotions that contain alcohol, skin disorders (such as acne), or obesity may increase the risk.So, if not knowing that and now learning it helps you to understand its not necessarily your fault. It comes down to how you attempt to treat it. Most of the market items "designed to treat" the issue actually make it worse. As you see certain lotions and so forth can actually make it worse if containing alcohol and others are so thick the skin cannot breath. You feel better due to it not feeling dry but in appearance it in fact looks worse due to it being well lubricated making it "Glow" red instead of a lighter red.The point I am attempting to make is that try hard to find what causes yours if at a lower level and you can overcome it. Mine personally is caused by the fact my face creates an excessive amount of lubricant for the skin. WHo knew right? Always thought moisturizing the skin is helpful. Problem is if the body slows down based on certain factors as in for me I have discovered is my Diet (eating bad foods) and not a high enough intake of water. Those are pretty much the basics of skin maintenance but, for those of us who are extra challenged its more important.THis product is fantastic. Reason being is that if you use regular soap pn your face it REALLY dries it out. This soap has the Pyrithione zinc which cleans and treats the skin at the same time. If used regularly you will definitely see the difference.Of course do not forget with anything the body develops its own counteraction to everything you give it if given too often so at first the instinct is to use it everyday. Once you see how it works, alternate Morning one day and then evening prior to bed the next day. Then skip the next day complately and start over the following morning. It keeps your skin on its toes...lol....GREAT PRODUCT THAT HELPS THOSE OF US THAT DEAL WITH , SUFFER, AND PERHAPS ARE EMBARASSED WHEN GOING OUT WITH THE RED SKIN CAUSED BY SEBORRHEIC DERMATITIS OR PSORIASIS. IT'S A SECRET WEAPON OF WHICH SOME DERMATOLOGISTS AREN'T EVEN AWARE.CHEERS AND GOOD LUCK!
