It is shallow, but I cook bacon, make milk gravy and make even lumberjack breakfast for 4 in mine.. I'd estimate 1.5 - 2 inches deep. not gonna fry chicken in it, but deep enough for my camping needs. Hope this helps.

Q: Why the weight is so different compared with other similar product? Is the weight 4 pounds? or 4 Kilograms?

There's no way this is 4 pounds. I did weigh it and it's about 12.5 to 13 pounds.

Q: What is it pre-seasoned with? How do you clean it?

Mild soap and warm water, then buy lard and rub inside then place on stove until completely melted, then wipe with paper towel. Place small amount of lard on outside then place in oven upside down. I also purchased the crisbee stick I perfer lard didn't burn.Pre-season means coating of oil not vegetable oil or olive it will burn lard worked best found in local grocery store near cooking oils.
