It works well
The media could not be loaded. So, I was unsure about this to start, but it was a little cheaper than others so we went with it.The instructions, were very wordy and not great to follow. However they added a usb with a video explaining it. That was helpful, I watched that and was able to do what I needed. The picture was helpful in remembering what went were at least..My kit came with everything that it needed to install.First I took the 9ft part that has the plastic tube on it to protect the tree and wrapped around my ending spot. I went high about just above my head (wish I had gone a bit higher)Then you take the connecting piece untwist it until it is out as far as you can without letting bolts come off. Connect the loops onto it using the nut and bolt that was on it.Then take the part you will slide on (100ft part) And the looped part does the same thing the base did just the other side. From there I took all the wire out and slide on the bumper/stopper, then you slide on the chair part.Once those are on you can wrap around your starting tree. You will want it higher than your base so that everyone will slide down. At the end I slid on the protector for tree and positioned on tree. This is where help will be important. I tried to get as tight as I could but I just couldn't really get it without help. So I had to wait. But once wrapped around the tree you use the bolts to tighten down and use 3 u bolts on this side.Once everything is in position go back to the base, and start twisting the double big bolt thing it will tighten everything up.There is an extra wire. That goes in at the base between the two you connect. Make a loop between them and pinch them off with the u bolts.Should be good to go.I did make sure for testing no one was around it just in case but it held up fine.So that is helpful hopefully if you don't have instructions hopefully. My girls have been on it non stop since I put it up. They love it. I have a step for them to climb up on since in the middle it gets close to ground but at start its up higher. The seat length can be adjusted. The grips are good too.I have gone on it myself. I weigh about 140 and worked well. Just I sag down in the middle to far to go all the way. Either I can redo and put it higher or just leave for the kids. I did enjoy it and they love it. So all in all I am happy with it. I didn't have any issues with it. Just needed help getting it tight enough to use.

Great for kids
We installed the zip line prior to a kids birthday party and it was a huge hit! It was in constant use. The tree brake works perfectly to stop well before they reach the tree endpoint.

It’s fun
The zip line is fun, my youngest loves it but it doesn’t light up as advertised for us! Was easy to set up and I love that it has a long spring to keep him from hitting the tree!

3yrs hanging from the tress, still there.
3 yrs after install, several harsh winters, multiple bday parties, playdates etc with kids different sizes using it in our backyard and not a problem. The one to get.

The directions are not that great.
The directions to put this zipline together was way too difficult. I actually gave up. Id prefer something a little more simple and complex.
