light & flimsy
Very light plastic material. I don't think it is designed to be adjusted too often.The little dowels that holds the open/close function are very frail. In my opinion, not worth the money.

Great value vent.
This adjustable vent cover is great value. It was easy to install and works smoothly. It works well in adjusting the vent from (almost) zero flow to full open (more than enough to meet code requirements for a wood stove vent). It looks great as well. Very pleased.
