Perfect way to flush but this look no further smooth and easy process simply fill hang and lay face down ass up after inserting and let the steady flow of water do it's work it allows a deeper flush I can get 3 full bags of water in right about a gallon into my colon only with this product other products require to much movement or the flow of water is dangerous
