Works when it wants to and no customer support if you need it
Initially had the alarm and installed after a bit of confusion with the set up manual, used the app in the end as was a lot easier. On installation I tested all pirs and door sensors and all working correctly and alarming. After a few days the problems started, firstly a pir broke down, contacted amazon and wolfguard numerous times and no help at all with a replacement. Then secondly a door sensor went faulty and the host computer will not recognise it. Thirdly I have noticed that the other sensors will only work when I move the host computer to different locations around the house. Overall a very poor system and I would not purchase off wolfguard again. Also as a second point I feel very let down with amazon with their response on this problem, all they are saying is send it back, this is very inconvenient as it has been installed now.

Bit quirky but not bad
Its a bit quirky in operation but once you get the hang of the software and finding everything it has loads of features and functionality, versatile and comprehensive. All set up and quick and easy to install

It can be a good system once you get the hang of it.
The system needs a bit of practice using it before the best results are achieved. It comes with a detailed user's manual with good pictures and explanations which instructions I then applied to the unit and sensors in order to get familiar with it and learn how to operate it properly. It came preset with English as operating language, so I had no problems setting it up.The display is not great, it has low resolution and basic graphics but is enough to get things done. The whole system's outer shells are made of plastic which gives a cheap feel.It has a very annoying beeping sound with every touch which thankfully can be muted from the settings.Quite impressively, the main unit has the capability to send a text and make a phone call when the alarm is triggered but in order to do so a sim card will have to be inserted. The SIM card has to be of standard size and not micro or nano so don't throw away the SIM card adapters. It can be wall mounted or simply self-standing on a table. The sensors are easy to pair, and I like the fact that their sensitivity can be adjusted depending on needs and circumstances.Overall, this is a relatively complete and capable system with a good range of peripherals.

An Alarm System With Hardly Any Wires - Brilliant!
I don’t know quite why there have been a few low scoring reviews of this product, as the item itself Works Well and isn’t too difficult to set-up! It’s basically an Alarm System with Hardly Any Wires (IMPORTANT NOTE: Apart from a mains power supply to the Control Centre), that when the Sensor is triggered, sends a signal to the Control Centre which sets off a piercing 120dB alarm - It then simultaneously makes a Call or sends a Text Message notification to the APP on your Mobile Phone (via WiFi+4G dual network connectivity). My only real complaint with it is not really the product itself, but the fact that there’s not a decent Video of it in Action on the advert - There’s only a rubbish 21 second video available which is to do with changing the Password on the App using your Mobile Phone. This isn’t relevant really, especially before you’ve even purchased the product? A decent Video of the Alarm Set-Up Process & Actually Working would make much more sense and I’m sure help increase the Interest and Sales. Overall though, it’s not too badly Priced for its Functionality/Abilities and I’m pleased with it! Thank you.
